We operate in equity (global equities, convertible bonds and redeemable bonds, etc.) in all types of operations (primarily capital increases, but also in stock reclassification, PIPE and LBO operations, etc.) in companies offering a high potential. Our aim is to acquire mainly minority stakes on our own or in co-investment project.

We finance organic or external growth for companies, we therefore follow our investments over time.

As our investments are intended to finance organic or external growth by companies, they are necessarily long-term projects.
