Guillaume Lebrun
Head of Direct Investment - Fund Manager

Guillaume Lebrun joined the BNP Paribas Group in early 1999. He started as a consultant engineer with the Industrial Research Division, specialising in advanced technologies. At end-2000 BNP Paribas Private Equity brought him in to bolster the US funds team. Then he launched the activity of Direct Investment in Innovation. Before joining the group, Guillaume worked in IT and electronics with industrial firms, including Thales. He graduated as an engineer from Sup’Aéro in 1991 and earned an MBA from HEC in 1999. He is a member of the Executive Committee of BNP Paribas Private Equity.
Brice Lionnet
Managing Partner - Fund Manager

Brice Lionnet joined BNP Paribas Private Equity in early 2002 when the Innovation activity was launched. Before that he managed innovation funds and pre-IPO funds for Compagnie Financière Edmond de Rothschild, after a successful career as an entrepreneur in the data communication sector. Over the past ten years Brice has made more than 25 investments in innovative companies, mostly as lead investor.
He graduated as an engineer from Sup'Aéro in 1991 and earned an MBA from HEC in 1998.
Nicolas Vaillant
Investment Director

Nicolas Vaillant joined BNP Paribas Private Equity in early 2006 to expand the Innovation team. He previously worked as an account executive and then investment director at SGAM Private Equity, specialising in advanced technologies. Before that he formed or co-founded a consultancy and a telecoms services firm. Nicolas graduated from Institut de Préparation à l'Administration et la Gestion in 1998.
Nicolas Schwindenhammer
Investment Director

Nicolas Schwindenhammer joined the team at the beginning of 2008. He previously worked as an assistant manager for transaction services at Deloitte, conducting due diligence assignments for major corporates and investment funds. Before that he founded a company specialising in IT systems for hospitals. Nicolas graduated from ESCP-EAP in 2004.
ALEXANDRA DUPONT
Investment director
Alexandra Dupont joined BNP Paribas Private Equity in March 2010 to reinforce the Growth & Transmission team. She was previously Investment Manager at 21 Centrale Partners (Private Equity fund active in the growth of small & mid-market companies) and Cognetas (European mid-market Private Equity group). Alexandra is a graduate from the EDHEC school of management and from the Copenhagen Business School (2001).
Laurent Baudino
Investment director 
Laurent Baudino joined the team in early 2009. He previously worked as a senior consultant for transaction support at Ernst & Young, taking part in a number of due diligence assignments for LBOs. He also co-founded a company specialising in medical innovation. Laurent is a graduate of Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers (2002) and ESSEC (2005). He also earned an MA in innovation management from Ecole Polytechnique (2006)
Benjamin Lillo
Account Executive
Benjamin Lillo joined BNP Paribas Private Equity in 2006, working first as an analyst with a European small caps fund and then as an Account Executive. Before that he co-founded a company specialising in communications networks and worked for an international telecoms group. Benjamin graduated as an engineer from ECE in 2004 and earned a Master's in financial engineering from EM in Lyons in 2006.
Frederic Tixier
Account Executive

Frédéric Tixier joined BNP Paribas Private Equity in January 2009 to strengthen the Expansion Capital team, where he had previously served a six-month internship. Before this he was an intern at LCL Corporate Finance and with the financial division of the Carrefour group. Frédéric holds three MAs: in finance from Paris Dauphine University, in banking, finance and insurance from Paris X University, and in finance from ESCP-EAP (2007).
Stéphanie Forestier-Cazor
Middle Officer

Stéphanie Forestier-Cazor joined BNP Paribas Private Equity in 2000 to take charge of the technical and functional administration of a proprietary portfolio management tool. She joined the Innovation team at end-2005 as a middle officer manager for the Direct Investment activity. Stéphanie holds a post-graduate degree in financial management and IT logistics from IAE Toulouse (1999).
