Patrick Perez

Chief Operating Officer

Patrick Perez has 17 years' experience in Private Equity. He helped to set up the Operations Management activity at BNP Paribas Private Equity in 1998, by creating the support functions and Fund Administration services team and organising Azulis Capital and Banexi Ventures Partners, management companies that were once BNPP PE subsidiaries. Patrick previously served as Corporate Secretary of Banexi, the former investment banking arm of BNP, an auditor at BNP's internal audit department, and the manager of a bank branch.

He holds a Master's degree in management science and a post-graduate degree in finance from Institut d’Administration des Entreprises in Bordeaux. He is a member of the Executive Committee.

Stéphane Saillard

Administrative and Accounting Manager

Stéphane has 10 years' experience in Private Equity. Specialised in administrative management for mezzanine debt funds, he joined BNP Paribas Private Equity in 2002. He previously worked as a financial auditor at BNP Paribas CIB and as chief accountant for Banexi and Natio Vie, both former BNPP PE subsidiaries.

Chantal Journo

Fund Back Office Manager

Twenty years’ experience in stocks and depository functions within the BNP Paribas group.
Joined BNPP PE in 2000 to develop accounting management of funds and relations with the fund conservator / depository and to provide training for new accounting managers.

XAVIER SAINZ

Compliance and Internal Control Officer

Xavier Sainz has 10 years' experience in Private Equity. He joined BNP Paribas Private Equity in 2006 to take charge of compliance and internal control. Accredited by the French securities regulator (the “AMF”), he has performed the same duties since 2008 at Antin Infrastructure Partners, another member of BNP Paribas Investment Partners. He is responsible for the compliance with the code of business ethics, conflict of interest prevention, financial security, procedural compliance, assistance, advice and training in these areas, and permanent control. Before joining the company Xavier was a controller at Banque de la Cité and deputy Corporate Secretary of Banexi Communication, both former BNP subsidiaries. 
He holds a post-graduate degree from Institut Supérieur de Gestion and an MA in law.
