The Direct Investment team built a strong expertise in investing and growing small companies (between 5 and 50 M€ turnover).

Our aim is to fuel the organic or external growth of our portfolio companies. We therefore invest in all types of equity which include:

• shares or bonds with warrants.

We also help entrepreneurs with complex deals, drawing on our experience in:

• management buyouts,
• carve-outs or spin-offs,
